Please read below Terms of Use before using Roots in the Middle East (the "Site"). By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Terms of Use are in effect every time you use this Site.
Privacy
In order to register on the Site you must create an account with your user name and a valid email address. We will not share your user name and email address with third parties unless it is to meet a legal requirement. Notwithstanding the above, no electronic data transmission can be securely guaranteed and all communication is at your own risk.
User Comments
In order to comment on content, you must register on the Site. A user must be at least 15 years old to register. All comments are reviewed by Roots in the Middle East and we reserve the right to refuse comments and to remove comment accounts at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All materials, including data, on the Site, except for User Submissions, as well as selection, design, compilation, and organization of the Site (the "Content") are intellectual property of Roots in the Middle East.
User Submissions
Roots in the Middle East permits submission of comments, images, and text ("User Submissions") and sharing and hosting of such User Submissions. All User Submissions will be reviewed, vetted and moderated by Roots in the Middle East. We reserve the right to not post or publish your User Submissions.
If you submit a User Submission you shall be solely responsible for your own User Submission and the consequences of posting such material(s). Further, you represent and affirm that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions to use all proprietary rights in connection with all User Submissions.
When submitting User Submissions to the site, you grant Roots in the Middle East royalty-free, non-exclusive license and permission to display, reproduce, edit, post User Submissions in original or derivative form in perpetuity. User Submissions are not entitled to any compensation.
Roots in the Middle East does not endorse any User Submissions, opinions and/or recommendations expressed on the Site. We reserve the right to remove content without prior notice.
